Hello Community,
My forum has about 25,000 registered members and recently we ha've been getting an unusually high percentage of people emailing us saying either their activation link does not work or that they aren't able to reset their password. They don't provide very specific info so I am unsure where I need to be looking to diagnose the issue if there is one at all. Any suggestions for how to approach this?
