MyBB is not a Winserver BBS platform so they're not compatible with each other. To install MyBB, you need a web server daemon (such as Apache or IIS), PHP and MySQL installed and running.

Winserver is a whole different thing, and as we're not the developers of it then we don't know anything about it and are unable to help you with it..
