Reminds me of
FireFoxWiz from back in the day. She was able to gain quite a bit of popularity with small alterations to the default, so I'd say it is a safe practice, although not one I would follow.
And one more thing: None of you are English majors, I'm sure, and even if you were this is the internet. Not everyone spell checks or reads over what they post, so relax.

Needs to change the logo. Theme needs much improvements like for a site dedicated to themes.

Yes, I'm beginning to agree that only themes that have been heavily customized should be sold. There is only one theme available at the moment and its free to download. There is more to come.

Not only the themes you are going to sell. But a design company should itself have a unique design.
