When you go to my forum, notice the "Relationship" link. When a user clicks on the "Relationship" link, the user is taken to my website. Why so?

How can I make the "Relationship" link lead the user to the forum page to create a new thread?

You can find many threads about problems relating google seo just because users do not take the time to read the documentation that is already provided.

The first thing I can think of, is that you did not created the .htaccess file correctly.
