Instead of getting the first line of a PM, I'd like to fully customize iot and add the full content of the PM text in the body. Could someone explain how I can do this?

Bump..Isnt there a way to do this?

not without core file edits and likely changes to a language file. There are no hooks in the region that sends PM email notices.
