Hi, updated the time zone in configurations to GMT and when on the site as a guest it shows the correct UK time but when I login it goes forward 10 hours? Is there a different configuration setting somewhere?

You've to set it accordingly in your user cp options.
sorry but where are the user CP options. I can only find date and time settings in configuration and it says
"Here you can set the default timezone offset for guests and members using the default offset."
but it's only setting is for the guest?
User CP > Edit Options > Date and Time Options
I don't know if I have a different version to you but I cannot find User CP anywhere in my dashboard. Really sorry if this is somewhere obvious but I clicking every link/tab and not seeing it
