How do I delete a forum while sending all the posts to a different forum?

Go to the forum you want to delete on the site, then select all the threads, click the Select All thing that pops up at the top, then move the threads to another forum.

the select all thing next to last post only selects one post and i dont feel like clickign all 1000 posts?

Not the last post, the little check box at the top of the forum, above all the other checkboxes.

While that works on some boards but on other boards it refuses to select all or gives me this message:

Sorry, but you did not select any threads to perform inline moderation on, or your previous moderation session has expired (Automatically after 1 hour of inactivity). Please select some threads and try again.
