1) Be great if living in US. being on same time zone, if need to call or Skype.
2) Have knowledge of code mgt., installation, upgrades, plugins, etc.

Thanks my Friend. I currently speaking to Paul H who does live here, close to same time zone for phone consult if need. knowing I don't like phone all that much either. Really appreciate offer, and will ck. back here if need someone else.
