Im sorry, I mistyped the last message, I meant, I would like to display the latest threads on my main-site, and if the title, and username is too long, for it to be shortend kind of like this:

This will do just that, also with the time. Edit where necessary.

Will this work outside the forum? Im wanting to display the latest threads outside the forum on the home page of my fansite.

When using what you said in your post I got this error message
