I got this message from my system admin, because my ip can't access the admin panel on the forum, but I can't find the file. If anyone can help me I will pay you $3 paypal. Thank you. BTW: It must be solved on team viewer.

but in ur cpanel go to programm folder see for
.htaccess
Open it and edit ur new ip in it
