You didn't install Google SEO correctly. You're either missing the functions.php edit or you didn't change the .htaccess file. Read the plugin's documentation thoroughly, it has got everything you need to know.
am i able to remove seo altogether then it will work? i accidentally deleted htaccess file on installation
It should, yes. I wouldn't remove it just because you can't install it though...
