I have uploaded a new theme, and made what I thought were the proper setting changes, set it to default, forced on all users, etc, but the theme isn't changing when I look at the forum (after refreshing).

Am I missing a step or two?

Make sure in your USERCP under Edit Options, board style is set to your newly applied theme. However, forcing it should apply it.

Okay, I did the whole "try this and see if it works" thing, and it suddenly seems to be working. Thanks for your quick reply!
