I realized that i have to assign a forum section to a mod and that mod has only power in that forum section. I like it this way but how can I make it so that they can still ban spammers, etc in other parts of the forum? Couldnt find much in permission stuff.

I'll look into those plugins but nobody knows how to give all mods the ability to ban users, etc? :/

try use the warning system. create a warning level that results in a ban and then have the mods able to use it. they give the appropriate warning and the gets banned (I think)
