We'll recently I've been trying to log in my forums account in my forums and it wont let me, I've decrypted and the password I've been entering is matching ( no caps etc. ), can anybody please help me solve my issue;

I can't seem to access your forum, it says "Connection refused"

I am able to just login panel, yet I can't login as a normal user and view forums

Your cookie settings seem to be correct. Test account?
