In Admin CP -> Templates & Style -> Templates - 'Your Theme' Templates -> Footer Templates -> footer find

<span class="smalltext"><a href="{$mybb->settings['contactlink']}">

Change with what you want (HTML code).
That's all.

you can find those links in footer template ; change them as you like by keeping original code structure ...
