By default, MyBB uses the clean theme for reCAPTCHA. On dark themes this doesn't look so good and the only way to change it is by editing the template.
I propose that a new setting is added to switch between the different themes available.

why just those? it should include the styles available when the code was released
A drop down menu of red, white, clean, and blackglass should suffice.
Actually, I intentionally missed it out a setting. This is so that you can modify the reCAPTCHA theme in the templates, which I believe is much better than being controlled by a global setting, alongside language and other configurable options.
