I upgraded from 1.6.4 to 1.6.5 today, but after upgrading my registrations stopped working and showed the following error, i tried recaptcha and mybb captcha mode, both are not working, now my site is running with no captcha, i am prone to attacks, please help me...

Just as a trial and error basis, try to re-upload fresh member.php from 1.6.5 package.

Works fine for me on localhost. Try re-uploading the MyBB package again.

Finally solved in a different way, i uploaded recaptcha 3 mod and activated that, i tried reuploading memeber.php, after that whole files, but no luck, now managing with recaptha mod. i couldn't risk my new members to go with an error screen.
