Yesterday I'vd install MyBB on my webspace.
All right. The board works perfectly.
Today the first user would register. But he, become a "MyBB Internal Error"
Here he message:

Speicher doch einfach das theme, reinstalle myBB und pack das Theme wieder zurück

I'd advise you deleted all the MyBB files and upload a fresh package from here:
http://www.mybb.com/downloads
I re-install my MyBB, FTP and MySQL. Now I have the same error...
