Ok if you go to mysite.co.uk/forum it opens on a new site but it needs to be embeded on my site? Who do you do this?

If you go to the forum link on top of this page e.g. this forum opens under it ,but on my site it opens on another template? Hope ive made my self clear

On this page if you click forum the forum appears under but on mine it opens on a new window

pic shows my site and on pic 2 is what comes up if you click on forum but i want it to open under the header

You want your main site theme integrated with the forum?
