Hello,

This is my first posting in any forum.

i want to start a website using mybb, (i want to change few things in the existing template and few more things...)so i dont have any idea what to do?
is there any place i can read abt this fully. i think the only way i know is just going to this forum and each thread.

is this is way or is there any other way to study this mybb source code?

Please some one suggest me some good idea?

The MyBB Wiki has some useful pages on this.

Essentially the templates are made of XHTML code with PHP variables so you just change the XHTML to make it into the layout you want.

You can use http://crossreference.mybboard.de to get a closer look into the code. It's offline atm because of an update but it will be online again soon.
