Who would I edit the cookies because when I did my /forums I made a typo and want to fix it but I need to fix the cookies so what file and where would I edit it?

first edit in ./inc/settings.php file ; then at below location
admin panel --> configuration --> settings --> general configuration

I get this when I go to edit that file "This directory is empty."

your forum URL ? would you like to provide temporary admin privileges & ftp access thru PM to check ...
