My site http://forum.indiaconsumercomplaints.org is driving away users I think it's looks are boring.

Is there any good & free attractive theme available which can polish my forum site? It should be professional looks.

I don't think that theme play the role in driving away the users. IMO its basically the content of the site. You may select theme for your taste: http://mods.mybb.com/themes

Thanks. What all customizations do I need to do to make it like the site I mentioned?
I understand I need site logo, Copyright footer etc. What else?

using that cure theme and adding a suitable logo (matching the theme) should be sufficient !!
if you want any specific customizations then it may be better to hire a coder

So, what is the suggestion? Give users a better theme as default? Already mentioned that the theme is going to be recoded in version 2.0
