I am using the Dark Series Ice theme on my website. After upgrading to 1.6.5 from 1.6.4 it has completely been changed. None of the other themes seem affected by it. I'm not sure what else to try, so I came here.

What is the default theme, is it still dark series?

Also, check your /cache/ folder via FTP and that it has 755 permissions.

Yes the default theme is still dark series and cache has 777 permissions.
All of the other themes seemed fine. It still is not working. Is there anything else I need the make sure has the right permissions?

try re uploading it and make sure you click ignore version compatability.

Don't forget to install the javascript (see the readme), hence why a few things aren't looking like they should.
