Description of Error:
I honestly have no idea, I have looked at fixes but I have no idea how to implement or edit the code to fix the error.
I have installed reCAPTCHA III and activated it in General Config. as well as Plugins but no luck...

I currently have that link open in another tab, this Registration issue may be the simplest error to fix, but I do not understand what I need to change in order to fix the error.
Can you post the contents of your member_register template?

I believe the issue here is the reCAPTCHA plugin. MyBB has reCAPTCHA built in since 1.6.5, so you can remove that plugin.
Hopefully that should fix your issue.
