Like I said, baffling problem. It's a recent thing, has only been going on for a few hours or so.
Forum link is http://kritterbox.com anybody else ever encountered this dilemma? We have not changed any settings, I'm stumped. Any advice would be appreciated and Thanks in advance.

Edit: regular forum users can see, as well as super mods. The problem is limited to Admin accounts. Hope this helps.

This may be because of a permissions bug. To resolve the problem follow the steps noted below.

Go to:

Admin CP -> Forums & Posts -> Forum Management

Find a forum where your admin is not able to post attachments and select "Edit Permissions".

Scroll down to the administrator group and click "Edit Permissions".

Click Posting/Rating then check the box next to "Can post attachments?".

Click "Save forum permissions".

You will need to do this for every forum where your administrator should be able to post attachments (this happens when any forum is edited, all groups with custom permissions will be denied access to post attachments, I have reported this bug and hopefully it will be fixed in an upcoming version).
