I am looking for someone to design and code a custom Team Fortress 2 style theme. I have looked for 2 days now but am unable to find an already made TF2 theme or one that would fit my needs.
Requirements:

Apologies, the person who originally pulled out of doing this for me has decided to now do it.
I no longer require a theme to be made, sorry.
Requirements:
- To have the aesthetic of the Team Fortress 2 in-game UI (example).
- For the forum template itself to be very lightweight like PunBB (The only thing about MyBB I dislike is that it feels bulky and every theme for it does too).
