ACP > Users & Groups > Groups > *Select Group* > Users & Permissions > Can add a signature? > Uncheck

how i appoint SI.A to be a moderator or Super moderator???thanks Nathan

To make a user a super moderator:

ACP > Users & Groups > Groups > *Usergroup* > Yes, users of this group are super moderators > Check

To make a user a moderator of a specific forum:

ACP > Forums & Posts > *Forum* > Moderators > Add a user as Moderator
