Hi all

I'm wanting to pave a welcome message at the top of the index page to guests that are viewing the forums.

The problem is i use a plugin called "site notice" from mybbextras though this no longer works and when going to mybbextras you cant do anything on the forums anymore.

so... Does anyone else know of a solution to this or a plugin?
