I am making a site which will be a theme selling website, I am curious as to how I would make it extremely simple to change threw all the themes uploaded. So potential buyers can go threw and preview the themes? It there a plugin or something?

what do you mean easier? You select the theme and click a button. If you don't want it at the bottom, edit the templates so its where you want it.
I am not finding the site I seen with it at this time but, There is a site that has a pretty big sized bar at the bottom of the page that has a preview of all the themes at the bottom kinda grayed out, And upon being hovered it changed to full color, Once clicked the theme changed. But the previewer it always there. At the bottom. And its quite large. It's incredibly hard for me to explain it.. I will continue to look for it.
