Hi guys

I just upgraded the new version of mybb, and I got this message:

MyBB Internal Error

MyBB has experienced an internal error and cannot continue.

Error Type:
    MyBB Error (41)
Error Message:
    Your board has not yet been installed and configured. Please do so before attempting to browse it. 

What shall I do?

What exactly did you do when you uploaded the new files?? You've somehow managed to remove your config.php file.

have you run the script upgrade.php ...

I have uploaded the files via filezilla.
At install/upgrade.php i got this message:

You've done something wrong, you've lost your config.php file. Did you upload the files to the same folder so they overwrote the old ones??

You deleted your inc/config.php

Either rebuild it or use a backup version of that file.

Yes, I have overwrote the same files with old ones.
