Do you want to make it so Mods and Super Mods can make sticky threads? Shouldn't this be somewhere in permissions for the user group.

Sorry if I'm going down the wrong path.

^ at present we do not have such stickying options for user groups ; might be possible by using a plugin

I wasn't 100%, I just assumed it would be some sort of permission. Maybe something the team can look into for the future.
