I want to add a stats tracker to every page on my forum, how can I add the javascript code? While file do I edit?

Admin CP --> Templates --> Modify / Delete --> Expand your template set --> Click "Add Template" or "Edit Template" beside the name "footer"

Add your code wherever you want.
