Hello, May i request for a plugin ?

I'm finding a plugin that need 5 post to view URL / Download attachment .
Is there any ? If there doesn't any 1 can help me make it ?
I tried the plugin which is make by ghazal

The above link is not letting me to register so i am finding it hope some 1 will be willing to help me make it , cause my forum is in need of that plugin.

I only want a free plugin ._. [ Because i am not rich/ have cash card / paypal and some stuff. ]

There is a plugin that restrict the download of attachments before posting a reply;

The plugin can be easily modified to have atleast 5 posts limit.

Also it can be modified for hiding the links aswell.

I'm looking for a free Min.Post to view Url plugin .
