If you are using reCAPTCHA plugin deactivate it and use MyBB 1.6.5 new feature and that is reCAPTCHA it's in General Configuration. No problems and errors works perfect.

That's the fault of the theme you are using; use another one. And for future reference, make a new thread if you have a problem.
