I wonder if there is a plugin for MyBB rpg.
In which each user has a tab character, and battles can be made between users and such.

There is no plugin, but ezRPG can be easily integrated with MyBB.

No, you have to install ezRPG just like you installed MyBB and then use the integration tutorial.

He just linked you to a tutorial on how to integrate it, only it's not actually integrated fully. Massacre integrated the login/registration system successfully, but there's been no other work done but that.
