For some reason tonight my forum has started coming up with a message in a yellow box each time i try and upload a picture. The message that comes up is...

Please correct the following errors before continuing:
The file upload failed. Please choose a valid file and try again. Error details: The attachment could not be found on the server.

Can anyone please help?

Maybe an issue with permissions for the /uploads directory?

I have now had a reply from my host and they have said.
