I want to get a avatar, but the image size is 100x100 pix, mybb board setting is 10x10 pix, 10KB. I think the better one is : 120 x 120 pix, no large than 100KB, just like IPB. anyone can help how to

Go to your Admin CP...

Board Settings -> User Registration and Profile Options -> Maximum Avatar Dimensions
To change the dimensions of avatar

Board Settings -> User Registration and Profile Options -> Max Uploaded Avatar Size
To change the maximum upload size of the avatar.
