Has anybody every tried advertising with the Facebook? I'm considering this because my target market lurks facebook.

Plenty of people have advertised with Facebook. It could potentially be one of the best advertisements, considering the popularity of it.

Could you set how much you will pay per ad click? What is it usually?

I'm not sure, just have a look at advertising on Facebook.

It won't help much though, I'd be preferring to buy spots over famous forums or websites rather than Facebook, it won't just get as good as you think.

I've been using it, little impact it seems. Been slowly increasing my CPC, which hasn't made much difference.

It is nice how you can choose your audience to amazing accuracy though.

Facebook has a generally very low click rate, it's like 10 times lower than a normal web page people have become habituated and now just ignore ads.
