Basically, for some reason the forums in each category are not being displayed under the category titles where it says
Forum | Threads | Posts | Last Post |

To see the forum you actually have to click the category and go into it.

It could have something to do with the Tabbed Menu plugin, try disabling it and see if you can view the forums.

Yeah I just disabled the plugin and now I can see the forums properly.
Any idea on how I can still use the plugin and have them remain displaying correctly?

Completely remove it, and re-install making sure you are following every step word for word.

Are you using labrocca's Tabbed Menu plugin? If so, if you install it correctly everything should work fine.

No I don't think I am using labrocca's tabbed menu plugin.
