How would you put a new banner on your forum?
As in logo? Create a logo, and save it as logo.gif and place it in the images directory.
The Directory would be /www/forums/uploads/images right or what? Also will it over write my other logo.
Yes, it will write over the default.

Double check the directory you're uploading to. Also go to Templates & Style in the AdminCP and click your theme, check where the logo setting is pointing to.
Logo > images/thecure/logo.gif
Image Directory>images/thecure
Yeah, that should all be right. Just make sure when you're uploading your new logo that it is called logo.gif and that it is in that directory.
