Warning ACP min message length setting (0) must be lower than max message length (0)

This message appaeared after I upgraded to latest version. The board is offline and on localhost because upgrade didnt go smoothly. It seems to be in the database, since changing the post message length doesnt seem to do anything
It appears as a popup whenever I visit any page

forum URL ? do you get that message on admin panel alone OR also on forum pages ...

Yeah we'll need a URL to do anything with this, sounds like you have non-default code somewhere.

Yes I did have some php modifications. It was on forum pages not acp. However I went back and did a full upgrade and issue is solved.
