i upgraded to the latest version, and it worked fine, so i dont think it is that.

but today i received this error:

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
SQL Error: 1 - Can't create/write to file '/var/tmp/mysql/#sql_690_0.MYI' (Errcode: 17) Query: SHOW COLUMNS FROM mybb_users LIKE 'unreadpms'


this is on www.nbsclan.net site

any ideas what is going on?

I can access the forum fine though, but the issue is from your host. You've to contact them to resolve.

wow, it was down for hours, and as soon as i post it starts working....

As I said earlier that its the issue coming from host. No need to worry about your MyBB
