I tried importing a dump but it can't import huge files and i'm not sure which thing to edit in php.ini.

Which guide should i follow to successfully install my forum in my lamp?

Realize I have to actually restart the services every time I make changes. I did it. Thanks.

You'd have to restart Apache after modifying php.ini .
