AdminCP => Configuration => User Registration and Profile Options => Minimum Password length
You should reinstall your forum.. there is something wrong with your installation. It didn't import settings :\ which is why your board has no title, won't let people register, etc. Just re-install, and import the theme again (just the XML file)

I do not. and as to your PM you sent me, it is caused by a cookie problem (Either the domain or the path. goto AdminCP => Configuration => General Configuration and check the cookie settings.
Domain should be: .gameorade.com
Path should be: /
