Was just on IE refreshing etc. to see if anything changed and hit the 'compatibility view' icon (looks like a ripped page) next to the 'refresh' button and I can toogle between a broken version and a correct version!
I must have accidentially clicked compatibility view and reverted it to the broken version when refreshing the page or something!? So, it must be in the correct format by default, as you stated.
