For some reason, when you goto a thread, at the very top of the site, it says Hi, or hihi, or hihihi.
It changes. I don't know what to do to fix this, I've deleted my theme and re-uploaded it, and it still does that. It's even on the default MyBB theme.

No.
And yes, HTML is enabled for Admins.
It's signature control. Disable it. This happened on another forum I helped and for some reason Signature control outputs that.
i took a look at that plugin and he's got a debug output in it, so edit the plugin file and comment out or delete line 116 where it says echo "hi";
