I want this:
- Newbie A post news at my forum. Now I want how to delay 10 first his post, after I check I will agree publish or not. After 10 first post, newbie A can post without delay.
How can do that?

moderate the registered usergroup and then create a new group without moderation and user the group promotions to automatically move the user to the new group

you can use required approvals plugin

well, i feel stupid. i thought that you could set moderation by usergroup, but i can not find it in the acp or a plugin for it in the mods site. maybe i am missing it,or maybe i just recall seeing another post or plugin on another site about it.
