I don't know if I like that style too much. Everything on the site is really packed in tight and frames on top of that........

It's a good start, but you might want to do a little more, or at least put some borders around to differentiate the frames and possibly make the frame with the forum a little larger so you don't have to side-scroll to see the whole thing.
