I fixed it. I had to use a software called ccleaner to help remove it a lot faster
You can also use below command, just for your future ref, and I believe it was you cache.

Anyways here, in cmd type after running flush command:

ipconfig/registerdns

That'd fetch new records fast after flushing out current dns cache.
Thanks, I though that might be what happen. but i run a in house server also so i have to do this a lot so i just use ccleaner as it help clear it
It sounds like you had spyware or something that was redirecting your DNS resolutions to another IP. We don't even have cPanel installed here.
