Can you please explain a little bit more what you want to do? I don't understand and i dont see some like icons etc. Frame the section wich you want to be deleted.

It is the legend of your forum, it shows users what each image means... It's very helpful if you don't want to confuse members...
To delete those, remove the appropriate HTML code from your 'index' template, in "Index Page" under "Template & Style" > "Templates" > your template, in your Admin CP...
